Lensback

Missed it? You didn't.

Lensback keeps the last 30 seconds from your Meta glasses. When something great happens, press the button and the moment you just lived becomes a clip.

One email when Lensback launches. Nothing else.

Like instant replay on a gaming PC, for your eyes.

Recording usually starts after the moment. Lensback is already holding it.

  1. Start Lensback

Open the app before the game, the hike or the night out. Your glasses keep a rolling 30 seconds in your phone's memory.

  2. Live your life

Older seconds are erased continuously. Nothing is saved, and nothing leaves your phone.

  3. Press to keep it

Something great happened? Press the glasses' button, your phone's Action Button or the Lock Screen card. The last 30 seconds become a clip.

Your moments stay yours.

Lensback was built to hold as little as possible, for as short a time as possible.

Nothing kept until you press

The buffer lives in memory and is overwritten every few seconds. Stopping Lensback erases it.

No accounts, no uploads

Clips are saved on your phone and, if you choose, to Photos. There's no Lensback server.

Visible to people around you

Your glasses' capture light stays on while Lensback runs, so no one is recorded without seeing it.

Built and tested. Waiting on Meta.

Lensback already works with simulated glasses on iPhone. Meta hasn't opened its glasses platform to public apps yet, so it can't go on the App Store today.

Join the waitlist and you'll get one email the day it's available.
